Where Ty-Rite works

We started with pole barns. The same idea, keeping the wood out of the ground, works anywhere a post meets a footing. We build with Ty-Rite across the Florida Panhandle, the Gulf Coast, and the Alabama Wiregrass.

Pole barn post anchors

This is where Ty-Rite started. Instead of burying treated posts in the ground, every barn post stands on a pole barn post anchor set in the footing.

Elevated homes

From the pole barn came homes, especially in areas prone to natural disasters. An elevated home stands on anchored posts, with the wood kept up out of the wet.

Commercial

The beauty of the system is that it translates well to commercial properties too.

Light and power poles

Ty-Rite works for light and power pole applications for cities and power companies.

Fence post anchors for privacy fences

Fence posts usually rot at the ground line first. Our privacy fence build shows how a Ty-Rite fence post anchor keeps every post up out of the dirt.

Staircases

Stair posts sit right where water collects. Anchoring them off the ground keeps the base dry.
